If I judge from my PRS-350, which should use the same software as the PRS-650, the only difference being the smaller screen size, you can't change fonts or justification from the device ; you'd have to use Calibre to convert the ebooks to change those.

As for the default font, same as the older model, but I can't be specific as I don't know the names. The BBeB and ePub ones are different.
