Actually, I was expecting you to tell me that there is no butter in apple butter. That's true, of course, except that Paula will no doubt find a way to stick a stick o' butter in it somehow. So, thought the doggie, why not google "Paula Deen Apple Butter Recipe"? I did and this is what I found:
