I think you're over qualified
Besides the help we need is to hire another web developer so that I can concentrate on the network stuff. This doing both isn't working so well. In the midst of the firewall issues one of the sales reps wanted to know when I could finish the web project they were waiting for so the client could look at it on the internet while I fixed the other stuff. At which point I explained to her that since we had no firewall the site couldn't be viewed anyway.

That might actually be better than the muscle separation you thought it might be. I guess it will depend on whether or not you need surgery for this and how it would compare.
