It is illegal to hit people with blunt objects with the intent to harm them.

The Kindle is a blunt object. If you hit someone with a Kindle intending to harm them, you could be Arrested and charged with assault, actual bodily harm, grievous bodily harm or even murder! That carries a maximum of a life sentence!!

So the question is, can you set the kindle to not be able to be used as a blunt object? As otherwise we could all end up with criminal records and the prisons full of kindle users.

Perhaps some special padded case is needed to stop this happening.
