hey all. i just discovered calibre but can't get the conversion to work. i have a pdf that i am trying to convert to mobi for my kindle 3. im pretty sure i have tried everything. in the convert menu -> structure detection tab, i have checked remove header, remove footer, erased the string expressions, removed table of contents. basically combinations of all of those. however, i always get this string in the mobi file:

can someone help please!?
