Feel free to point me where it says there which type of "internet browsing" you get in germany.

Unless you want to sell me that "Free Wireless: Free 3G wireless lets you download books right from your Kindle." is in any way a clear and conclusive statement to inform customers that their country has "restricted internet browsing", because that is the only sentence there about the 3g connection.
