toolbar changes

Somewhere in the very last updates the gui has changed, including the toolbar. I can customize it now, but also, there's a 'main toolbar' and a 'toolbar when device is connected'. I don't really see the logic behind this.

E.g. I added the 'open containing folder' to the main toolbar.
When a device is connected, this button is suddenly unavailable. You can't add it to the 'toolbar when device is connected'.

Is this an oversight or does this have a reason? Surely one may have reasons to still want to do this when the device is connected?
