If it's a gift you should declare it as such because there are exemptions. If you're shipping from the US and you have time it's best to ship USPS. They have a flat $5 Brokerage fee. I would caution against shipping regular ground couriers because they charge hidden brokerage fees. It's cheaper to ship Express where the brokerage fees are included.
