Do any third-party cover makers use the 'spine' on the Sony readers?

So, I DO NOT like the covers for the new Sony readers. Whereas in the past, the Sony covers have been very nice quality, all-leather on the outside, the new covers have just a small strip of the leather and the rest is neoprene. Also, for some reason, the moved the spine connector to the back cover rather than having it right in the middle. So when the cover's flipped back, the front and back panels get misaligned, and it just feels weird.

Anyway, I'm going to consider third-party covers when they are available, but it looks like all the current ones use elastic straps, or leather cutouts to hold the reader in place. Does no one use the snap-in possibilities of the holes at top and bottom of the reader spine to hold the reader in place?

Thanks!
