You don't have the SD card in your Jetbook when you connect to your PC
with the USB cable, do you? I don't know how ADE would react to seeing
two identical manifest.xml and device.xml files on two different logical USB
devices, at the same time. The same would go with having the SD card
plugged into a PC reader and your device connected via the USB cable, at
the same time.
