My question is a little different than everyone else's. I signed up for and received the Sony card within the required time frame but am in no rush to get the Reader. From my understanding I have until 1/30/08 to order the reader. Do you think that if I wait until after Christmas I will have a better chance of receiving the 505 as opposed to the 500?

Thanks for all the information in this thread. It's been very handy.
