Linux stll have less virus. it's a bit harder to mess up, and as most people uses windows, no one will bother writing virus for linux.
I don't use an anti virus, just the freebox as a firewall. Security is 95% the user's work. Windows, MacOS, linux, they all resist as long as the user don't do anything stupid.

And keep you OS up do date
