A couple weeks ago I treated myself to the B&N nook (Wi-Fi version), and since then I've added about 60 ebooks from B&N (almost all free ones) and 60+ ebooks/PDFs from my personal collection. For the most part, I am extremely happy about purchasing this. I have encouraged several of my friends & family to go get one for themselves, but the only thing I have to complain about is the fact that it's Android and it's so limited in what it does.
I know you can soft-root these, but I have the 1.4.1 version with the 1003 serial number so I can't do that. I own the T-Mobile MyTouch3G phone with Android, and I've cooked it with the latest Android 2.2 (aka Froyo). Since I can do just about anything I want with this phone, I was kind of hoping of being able to soft-root this to make it better. Not a big deal, just hoping some developer/hacker can get past that 1.4.1 restriction.
DA BEARS!
