Unfortunately there is not a collection within collections option - it is just collections. However once you are in a collection it is easy to sort by author, title or most recent first.

Bummer. I just came to this thread to see how to do a "collections within collections" function.
THAT is so needed. Hope they provide it in future. I mean, once you have hundreds (or thousands) of books, that sort of becomes key.
Ah, well.
