Also, not sure which font is used when you drop a .txt file on your Kindle, but I seem to remember it being the Sans Mono, not Serif or Sans, which might explain why it's not working, depending on how/which fonts you installed exactly. Convert it to MOBI.

Thank You! I think I used the wrong font set. I now get it working!
However, now I face another problem. I loaded a chinese book in TXT format. I can open the book (took a while), but it won't turn the page. The file is pretty big, over 2MB.
I then managed to restart the Kindle (slide the slide at the top for a long time). I was worried and deleted the file.
I then just created a new TXT file with only 5 pages of the same book.
I could open the book, could see the first page (took a while to open again), but it took a minute to turn the page. Then it kind of hang.
Is this normal? How can I actually read a chinese document then?
Also, do you happen to know how to convert .pdb files (in chinese) to a format readable by Kindle i2?
