Window - Your kindle is unable to load the requested page.

Running version x.18 of Calibre. Content Server is on and tested. Cleared cookies and history on Kindle, disabled firewall on pc - still doesn't work.

Any ideas? I'd really love to be able to use this. Many thanks in advance.
