As for the plot, it's obviously no more than excuse for them to end up having sex, judging from the holes I can see in the description alone.

Why on earth would you be teaching a sex yoga class for couples if you'd never been in any of the positions before, at least with a previous partner? Is this a case of "those who can't do, teach"?

And if you were worried about your public reputation and trying to catch an embezzler, why on earth would you spend your time a) possibly compromising said reputation (unless you're totally incompetent, your fitness company can't be *that* short-staffed, but then you do have someone teaching the sex yoga positions who's never done it before) and b) engaged in potentially compromising activities that take away from your available time to catch said embezzler? No wonder your employees think they can steal from you.

Though I'll give the book bonus points if it turns out that Sophie *is* the embezzler and she and David end up emotionally blackmailing each other in order to keep it from the rest of the company.
