Baen, BeWrite (which can't sell at Amazon because they only do US publishers), O'Reilly, Double Dragon, and
many other publishers don't put DRM on their books; some are deeply opposed to DRM and won't sell through any store that requires it.
Amazon now allows (didn't used to) individual authors to skip DRM; it's probably just a matter of time before publishers are offered the same right to control access to their ebooks.
