Has anyone ever thought that there are only, say, 5 -10 BAD delivery people, and they just keep getting shuffled town to town and company to company? Fired from UPS, applies and starts at FedEx, fired from there, moves to USPS, rehires at UPS in a different city to start the whole thing over. Maybe even under a different name?
Hmmm, maybe it's a conspiracy!
Or, or, space people trying to take over the earth, one messed up delivery at a time.
