Sorry, you misunderstand me. What I meant was that Amazon have no control over how and when UPS deliver a package; that is entirely down to UPS. I fully appreciate that you've had an annoying experience - I'd be annoyed too if this had happened to me - but I really think you're blaming the wrong company. Your problems were with UPS, not with Amazon.
