I hate seeing reviews for any product on Amazon that don't pertain to the functionality or quality of the actual product. It drives me nuts. Unfortunately, it also seems to the norm anymore.
It sucks that you had a bad experience trying to get something shipped, I sympathize, but how is posting a product review even relevant? You didn't even get the product to evaluate! So complain to Amazon CS and UPS all you want, but those complaints don't belong in a product review.
It's like seeing negative book reviews because people just want to bitch about Amazon's pricing. I'm sure the authors love that.
