I would like to thank cl516 for giving the right number of UPS in Canada. Something Amazon was not able to give me. I just spent 20 dollars to reach again to the conclusion that UPS is a terrible courier.
In my first attempt, a really attentive operator understood my problem. She said UPS could contact my friend directly to solve the problem. I was giving to her my friend's phone number when my cellphone connection died. Next time I called another operator said to me that I could not give any phone number to them and I could not do anything (only the sender - Amazon - or the receiver - my friend - could). That is a joke.
