Indecisive, did you get your problem straightened out? As I recall it was similar to mine. I got a replacement and 14.2 and it has been ok, but recently it has started having trouble opening. At first I thought it was a DRM "problem" with overdue library books, but that's not it. I'm certainly not going to go beyond 14.2 until a better version has been declared 100% reliable, since even 14.2 is not 100%. Is this too much to ask for a device that costs 239 euros? I think not. I would like to know if the Sonys and Kindles and other devices have problems like this. I haven't scoured all the forums here.
