Run a command before sending book to device?

I didn't find any entry in the Preferences window, what I'd like to is to automatically delete some unmanifested files from the epub using:
epub-fix --delete-unmanifested
before they are sent to device.

I'd keep a copy in the PC (with the unmanifested files) but the copy sent to the device would run through the command and lose these files. Of course you could specify any other command. Is there any way of doing this?

Thanks.
