I have to disagree with you on the Customer Service - Zagg is among the worst I have ever dealt with. Their ZaggBuds died within 3 months, absolutely horrible build quality for something they were trying to charge $80 for. This is after flat out refusing to resend the order when the USPS failed to deliver it. I had to escalate 3 levels to finally get a replacement order sent, but then they refuse to offer any warranty on ANY of the items in the order.
I still have invisibleshields on many devices, but will always look to a competitor's pricing before checking zagg. I'll never buy another thing from zagg without at least a 50% coupon (which isn't too difficult to find - I think there is a reason for that).
