Actually a win 7 can run on super overpowered tablet only, and by overpowered we really mean inefficiently so.

Overpowered in what ? To browse the web, maybe. But some want more from their tablets than just browse the web and watch video.
I would need to run some lego app, or sigil. Too bad, neither of them exists for android. And the lego apps are windows only.
I want something that can be used as a tablet, but i also want to be able to plug a keyboard, and use it as a fully functional laptop.
