Yeah but modern tablets use arm as a defacto standards, the good ones that is, and windows 7 isn't compiled for them. Of course windows 7 isn't made for multi touch either....
Actually a win 7 can run on super overpowered tablet only, and by overpowered we really mean inefficiently so.
