yeah the fifth works but makes a horrid next day

valerian and melatonin are simply no-goes. the knee injury simply will not allow me more than "x" amount of sleep. usually a max of 4 hours. sometimes I can get up and diddle around and get back to sleep for awhile, other times its why bother?
