I'm on version 18g firmware and I've updated to Calibre version 0.7.17 and still no luck getting things to name entirely properly with the "Send to Device" function. The "Save to Disk" option is still working fairly well, but neither is following my preferences for a save template. It's a minor annoyance, so I'm not going to bother with a ticket.
