I thought they used to keep them in for at least a week. I know things have changed a lot including a lot of moms going home the first day, but as it is an invasive surgery, I would think a little bit longer would be the rule of thumb on c-sections! but, come to think of it... I was home that soon after my knee replacement. oh well
