It's mixing up 19th century and 21st century business principles. And it also depends on what you mean by 'only do business
in the USA'. I have ordered books from B&N from the Netherlands and they were duly delivered at my home. Also geography doesn't mean much with the internet, especially with virtual goods like ebooks. And 'in the USA' also does not mean much in the virtual world. You can as well be virtually in the USA while being physically elsewhere.
