Agreed. To spell it out - you actually need to remove the offending book from the reader. If you uploaded a whole lot of books and don't know which one it was you might need to reformat the internal memory (see the manual or search here) which will remove all your user added data, but not affect the reader software.
You'll need to reload all your books - I'd reload the recent books one at a time or in small groups, til you work out which was the bad one.
Reformatting the internal memory every so often is a good idea in any case because it's fat32 and therefore susceptible to fragmentation, and AFAIK there's no defragmentation tools available except for reformat.
