I agree. Location killed Borders.
The closest one to me is about 40 miles south. The next closest is 20 miles south and east of me. There used to be in this mall, but the people that shopped there very rarely knew how to read. And the place kind of went down in the mid-90's and continued its downward spiral until it finally closed about 8 months ago.
I was never able to find anything when I went there either. The stores were disorganized, the CSR's had me use the kiosk because they didn't know where things were.
Meanwhile, there's like 6 B&N's near me, three BAMs and two used/indie stores.
