OK, no Kindle here, but I bought a JAVOedge screen protector for my nook. Easy to put on, and when I got it slightly askew, was able to lift it easily and re-apply.

My eyes are touchy and I was worried about not liking the screen as well after, but so far it has not been a problem. Readability has remained fine for me. It might have added a tiny bit of glare, but not enough to be a problem. I did get the anti-glare kind.

Thought about leaving the protector off the actual e-Ink screen and only using the bottom touchscreen protector, but we have cats and they have claws and I went ahead with protecting the whole thing.
