Called Sony rewards just now
They still don't have the reader in stock, but will in about 2 weeks
I asked about the redemption process since my original order was cancelled
They indicated that they will send out an email a few days from now indicating what the process is
It will be for the 500 and not the 505
Also the offer is STILL ON
Your spouse can sign up for the offer as long as the application is BEFORE the end of October. My wife applied about 10 days ago and received an email indicating she was eligible. She got the card yesterday and signed up the same day. I called Sony Rewards today and was told she was eligible
