Stimmt schon im Ansatz.

Hat bei mir aber einen ganz konkreten Grund: den Preis. Wenn "Die Arena" von Stephen King 21.99 EUR kostet, "Under the Dome" aber für 9.99 US$ erhältlich ist, dann ist klar, welche Ausgabe ich mir kaufe.

Ich würde mir gerne manche Ausgabe lieber auf Deutsch kaufen, weil ich keine Lust habe, unbedingt alles auf Englisch lesen zu müssen - aber nicht bei solchen Preisen!
