Well, there are other things to consider as well, such as better PDF rendering, and the fact that you can put rtf files directly on there. There are also the 12 dictionaries included, all of which are features that are worth the extra price for me. I couldn't care less about wi-fi or 3g; I imagine Sony didn't include them in the lower priced models to try to keep the price down. For others, something else might be a deciding factor. To each his own.
