Roy, pretty ballsy letting tyour Reader float in a plastic bag! (A leak could be fatal...) My trick for getting air out is to ziplock all but a corner of the top seal, then suck the air out and finish the seal.
Between this and the temperature thread, I think I will try using my Reader in the steambath at home. (In a plastic bag, of course.) Regular books don't cut it, and there's not much else to do while in there.
