For the epub format the justification depends on the styles in each ebook, so this could just have been an epub with the left justify style. I think we still need a definitive answer from a reviewer who knows what they are talking about: do the new devices obey the text-align style in epubs?

Yeah, maybe that too, but it still kind of weird they show left-justified ebook in their site when most of all my epub (b&n and sony store) bought book has justify declaration in their css.
Here it is. Kind of small pic, but you can see that they're left justified.
