Email question

Is there any way to add format types in the email address window? When I add an email address it shows only mobi, epub as format types.

My second question: Why does it make any difference what the file type is that you want to transfer? An attachment is an attachment, is it not?

The reason I am asking is that my wife has her new K3 and is highly annoyed when the author sort doesn't sort properly due to bad metadata. So, I would like to put her books into Calibe, fix the metadata and then email it to her reader.

Regards - John
