As for a remedy, a broken display would normally have to go back to China to Onyx to be repaired. But your sale was so recent and I have one here that I just opened that has a similarly broken display. It might be an assembly issue. So we'll replace this one under warranty. Ill need that one back, of course.
We had a rush this past week and we're actually out of stock today. More will be in country tomorrow. Ill get one on its way to you in the next few days.
