I haven't looked back since getting my Nook. I am reading far more. With two kids, going in to the bookstore meant babysitting them there, as opposed to home, rather than actually doing what I was in there to do--look for something interesting the read. When I did look, I didn't see anything worth buying--all the same.

With my Nook, I can shop anytime from home and am reading a lot more than I had been. With free books, I can try out more authors without feeling like I'm wasting money if I don't like a book, and I can try out all the fellow indie authors. There are far more options for my reading pleasure, and I've rediscovered what I used to love about reading.
