I suspect there are some people who will use it rather than tags and will miss out on many of the advantages of an integrated single library. Still, different strokes and all that.
After Kovid implemented the Copy to Library feature, someone asked for that feature to honor the autosort/automerge flag for books with similar author/titles. I spent a chunk of time writing that code on Saturday, even though I doubt I'll use it.
For those who have multiple libraries, however, I hope it will prove to be useful.
