Download News to a different directory?

I'm using an Aluratek Libre. Calibre puts downloaded news into a News directory inside the Books folder. Fine as it goes.

Some weirdness caused my News folder to be created in the root folder by accident, which actually would work nicely.

How can I tell Calibre to save news files to a News directory at the root, but to save other non-news to the Books directory at root?

Thanks!

PS: my desired layout is:

Code:
/--
   |
   -News
   | |
   | -News Files
   |
   -Books
       |
       -Book Files
