I'm new to e-readers and my Kindle 3 is over the Pacific right now. I'm dying to know how well it does PDFs, simple, font-mostly ones:

1. Do I need to pan or the text can be adjusted to wrap nicely?
2. Can I change the fonts or is this not possible as they are embedded?
