Now that you mention it, a slide-out keyboard would be great on the Kindle. I hate typing on a touchscreen, it's one of the most unpleasant and tedious endeavours I ever attempt, but I was willing to accept it on the Kindle since I rarely type more than a couple of words into the Kindle at any given time.
