Are you really happy with having only one choice ?
So because there is windows, we don't need macOS or Linux ?
Or because there is the iPhone, we don't need the nexus one, or desire, or wave ?
Or because the iPad is there, we don't need other tablet ?
Lucky not everyone thinks that way, or the world would be boring, with everyone having the same stuff.
This have noting to do with "bookeen protection shield". It have everything to do with having choice.
