Glad I read this thread. I have a few hundred books waiting to be DL'd from Amazon into the K3 when it arrives in a couple of days. I will definitely keep it plugged in while indexing is in progress.
I wonder if Amazon would somehow automatically stagger the downloads, or at least insure that they occur seriatim rather than simultaneously (yikes), so that the processing load is manageable?
