Am in Oz - it's my own fault for losing the books, I'm not too worried, I'd read the first few already.
But do you mean if I take it into Borders here they can do a reinstall or something, I did the 1.4upgrade and that's when it all started, I used to be able to open these before.
Willing to try just about anything.
May have to do something about the ADE although, all the books on the old one are gone, do you think I need to reregiser with the book sellers so that I only have the one Adobe ID, I'm happy to buy some more test books and try again
