Whilst I agree that the cover had some impact to the paint peeling I honestly do not believe it was the only instigator. People who purchased a Bebook Mini reported peeling paint and their units ship without a cover, so these would not have been in contact with these 'tan' covers. Something obviously changed during manufacturing to fix these paint issues.

Mine certainly isn't bad, just little bumps here and there and in the right light you can see a 'patchiness' occurring on the rubber, but like yours, it is a sign of things to come. I really looked after my PP and would like to remedy the situation before it runs out of warranty and then find it will get dramatically worse. I've posted here asking Jenifer about it, I'm not going to bother emailing support, nothing ever got responded to with prior issues/questions. Hopefully we can work something out in regard to it.
